1. Who we are

FrostReach is a B2B cold outreach SaaS operated as a sole trader business. Our contact email is frostreach.app@gmail.com. References to "we", "us", or "FrostReach" in this policy refer to the operator of frostreach.app.

2. What data we collect

We collect the email address and password you use to create an account. We store campaign settings, lead data, and email sequences you create within the platform. If you connect an SMTP account, your credentials are stored encrypted — we cannot read your password in plain text. Payment is handled by Stripe; we do not store card details.

3. How we use your data

Your data is used solely to operate the FrostReach service — to authenticate your account, run your campaigns, and generate your emails. We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising.

4. Lead data

Lead data scouted through FrostReach is sourced from publicly available business registries. You are responsible for ensuring your use of that data complies with applicable law, including GDPR and CAN-SPAM.

5. Data storage

Your account data is stored securely using industry-standard infrastructure. SMTP credentials are encrypted at rest and are never accessible in plain text by FrostReach or any third party.

6. Ledger encryption

Labels and categories you enter in the Ledger are encrypted in your browser before they are saved, using a key derived from your account password. We cannot read this text under any circumstances, including by court order, since we do not hold the key. If you reset your account password, previously saved Ledger text cannot be recovered — your numbers and totals are not affected.

7. Cookies

We use a session cookie to keep you logged in. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking cookies.

8. Your rights

You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us via the contact form. We will action deletion requests within 30 days.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
