Terms & Conditions

Last updated: June 2026

1. Acceptance

By creating an account and using FrostReach, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Free trial

New accounts receive a 7-day free trial. A payment method is required to activate the trial — you will not be charged until the trial period ends. At the end of the trial period, continued access requires an active paid subscription.

3. Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance via Stripe. Your billing period begins on the date your paid subscription starts. All prices are shown in GBP and exclude any applicable taxes.

4. No refunds

All payments are non-refundable. If you cancel your subscription, you retain access until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds or pro-rata credits are issued for unused days within a paid period. This applies regardless of when in the billing cycle you cancel.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from within your account settings or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will not be charged again after cancellation.

6. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for all emails sent through your account. You must comply with applicable laws governing commercial email, including GDPR, the UK PECR, and CAN-SPAM. You must not use FrostReach to send unsolicited emails in jurisdictions where doing so is unlawful. FrostReach is not liable for any legal consequences arising from emails you send.

7. SMTP and sending domain

FrostReach sends emails using credentials you provide. You are solely responsible for the reputation of your sending domain. FrostReach does not share your SMTP credentials with any third party and stores them encrypted at rest.

8. Service availability

We aim to keep FrostReach available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or changes to the service without notice. We are not liable for any loss resulting from downtime.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, abuse the service, or engage in sending behaviour that endangers the platform or other users.

10. Limitation of liability

FrostReach is provided as-is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Scotland, United Kingdom. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes by email. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
